The ex Republic of Ireland international scored a £168,800 payday by outclassing a field of 183 players in the Blue Square Poker sponsored GUKPT’s showpiece event at the Grosvenor Victoria casino in London. The tournament included some of the best poker players from the UK and Europe, who all paid £3,000 to enter the four day tournament. It is now confirmed that the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (also known as the UIGEA) has been delayed six months from December 1 until June 2010. This is a great victory for the Poker Players’ Alliance as well as other associations concerned with the legislation of online gambling in the US.

We tracked Lydia down in sunny Preston so we could fire a few questions at her regarding her role as the main presenter for the Little Poker Show. Lydia also brings plenty of experience to the team with radio and video presenter experience under her belt.
We have teamed Jodi up with Jon Spinks as she is on a steep learning curve to develop her knowledge of the world of poker. We managed to drag Jodi away from her intense poker training to get her to answer a few of your questions.
